Very knowledgeable about products (owner), however the service has been less than up to par. Extremely delayed response times, sometimes no response at all and it is due to agents that keep leaving. Heavy turnover, I get calls from beginning agents further confusing me about my account, and I have never had to email so many times in my life for simple, basic requests. Often had to go through customer service. Be patient understanding it's a changing world, but the satisfaction of my overall experience has been POOR. Just ignores you once you disagree. Not good business.
